The made-up brief
A neighborhood bike shop gets the same phone call all day: can you fix this, and when? Their website answers neither.
The idea
Build the whole site around booking a tune-up. Ride more, fix less. The rest of the site gets out of the way.
Three taps to book, a mobile-first layout, and plain-language repair menus instead of a wall of part numbers.
